How property managers help in emergencies

Your property manager’s fast action saves you money

Despite our best efforts, emergencies arise. It might be a leaking toilet, an electrical fault, a malfunctioning hot water system or a flood or fire.

Any issue classified as an emergency must, by law, be attended to and resolved immediately. You need your property manager to be able to get trades on site as soon as possible.

While at Vogue Property we don’t operate 24 hours a day, we do have emergency trades on hand. Most of our tradespeople have worked with us for many years and help us to ensure that tenants and landlords are protected.

Our tradespeople are available to conduct any repairs or replacements required. Better still, they have the experience and knowledge to be able to advise tenants whether or not the issue is an emergency.

Due to the legal requirements for landlords, we have extensive knowledge of the legislation and requirements. We can easily manage and negotiate compensation, insurance claims and the repair and replacement process.
